Today it is absolutely freezing in Sydney today! Winter is definitely on its way.
I also like to disguise myself when I train outdoors, I go super red (I mean like tomato red!!) and somehow I focus on the workout better. 
Today’s workout was on an oval, it’s so cold today that there weren’t too many people. Today’s workout
HIIT for 15 minutes
4x 7minute circuits 
45 minute walk

What’s inside? Roasted Beetroot, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, Alfa sprouts, cucumber, pine nuts, olive oil and balsamic vinegar!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies!
Delicious!

Ingredients:
2 large ripe Bananas
Oats (Amount varies)
Peanut Butter (Amount varies)

Just add enough oats and peanut butter to made a consistency that isn’t too runny or  too dry and bake for 15-20 minutes in 180 degrees!

You can add nuts or dark chocolate chips! The possibilities are endless!!
