Im 20 years old. Life is a gift and I don't intend on wasting it. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin so instead of finding excuses I'm going to do something about my weight. So follow along as I begin a new life and leave all this behind me.

The most amazing protein bars I have ever tasted.

As a treat, I put the brownie bar in the microwave for 15 seconds then top it with coconut milk ice cream. It is a definite must try!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies!
Delicious!

Ingredients:
2 large ripe Bananas
Oats (Amount varies)
Peanut Butter (Amount varies)

Just add enough oats and peanut butter to made a consistency that isn’t too runny or  too dry and bake for 15-20 minutes in 180 degrees!

You can add nuts or dark chocolate chips! The possibilities are endless!!

There is always a way to eat healthy on any budget.
I just bought all this for $3.60!

TIPS:
- When shopping for fruits and vegetables, shop at fruit/vegetable markets. They will have very little mark up on prices where as big supermarkets have huge mark ups! 

- Buy fruits and vegetables that are in season, they will be the least expensive because they are in continuous supply.

-Keep an eye on specials! You can save yourself up to 80%!

-Be realistic! Just because it’s $2.00 for 4kg of apples doesn’t mean you should buy it, unless you plan on eating them all before they go bad. You might aswell throw away your money if you plan on doing this so always think about whether or not you will eat it in time.

-Don’t be afraid to shop at a couple different places for your fruits and vegetables, some places have different specials to other stores. It might take a little longer but it will save you money. Supermarkets make a lot of money from convenience. 

-Shop when you know when the market is usually quiet, it will allow you to look around and compare prices. When you shop when it’s busy, you feel rushed and just pick up what you need without thinking of prices!
