I needed a little pick me up after today. My local supermarket didn’t have the cold pressed juice that I usually get but I found this. It’s also cold pressed and has all the great stuff my body needs. 💚🌱

JUICE
I love love love juicing.
I make a green juice almost everyday however, some days I’m just too busy so I’ve researched alternatives.

If you cannot make your juice or buy a fresh juice from a cafe/food shop, here is what you needed to know:

- 🚫Stay away from any juice that’s on the shelves, it’s packed full of sugar, artificial colours and flavours.

- The juice that’s in the cold section/fridge/says it has no additives/preservatives is where people often get confused and think that because it’s being refrigerated that it must be healthy…🚫Most juice, in order to keep a long shelf life and eliminate any bacteria they heat the juice to very high temperatures, this causes the juice to lose most of its nutrients, vitamins and minerals because they are destroyed in this process.

The best juices to chose are those that have been cold pressed.

👆The juice pictured above is apart of the ‘RebootYourLife’ range available at Woolworths (Australia) and is created by Joe Cross, who is in Fat, Sick and nearly dead.
To create his juice range he uses a relatively new process called High Pressure Processing (HPP) which is a cold process in order to keep the all the goodies that juice has.

While making or buying fresh juice is best, there are good and on the go alternatives! Just do your research and you can’t go wrong!

Stay Positive! ✌️

Today it is absolutely freezing in Sydney today! Winter is definitely on its way.
I also like to disguise myself when I train outdoors, I go super red (I mean like tomato red!!) and somehow I focus on the workout better.
Today’s workout was on an oval, it’s so cold today that there weren’t too many people. Today’s workout
HIIT for 15 minutes
4x 7minute circuits
45 minute walk
